Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ron Austin (ranked 23199 p4p, 5360 weight class) and Jake Peterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peterson has chosen Berzerk by Eminem as his entrance music. Jake Peterson will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jake Peterson!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Austin scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Peterson goes for a double leg but Austin avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Austin continues to drive forward.
Peterson has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
