The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ibragimov Ii shoots in and bounces Ops off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Ibragimov Ii with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Ops is looking for a triangle but Ibragimov Ii pushes his legs off easily.
Ibragimov Ii has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Ops is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Ibragimov Ii defends well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ibragimov Ii is working Ops over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Ops had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ibragimov Ii defends it easily.

Ops looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Ibragimov Ii is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ibragimov Ii frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Ibragimov Ii pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
