Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Colin Fotheringham and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Silva or perhaps it was just good defense by Marvin which made him look bad.
Silva shoots in but no luck this time.
Silva avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Marvin moves in looking to clinch but Silva pushes him off.
Marvin tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Silva paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Marvin has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Silva is working away from the top position though.

Silva working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Marvin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Marvin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Silva jumps guard but Marvin stands there with Silva around his waist. Silva gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Marvin is pressed up against the cage. Silva has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Marvin down to the mat. Marvin avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
