The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McIntyre with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Cohen to score with a decent uppercut.
McIntyre throws a body shot but no joy.
Cohen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
McIntyre has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
McIntyre slips a straight right by Cohen.
Cohen takes a head kick and keeps coming.

It looks like Asher Cohen has been cut.
Decent striking displayed by Cohen there.

McIntyre tries for a takedown but Cohen circles away easily
and Cohen counters with a lovely shot to the body.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cohen slaps away a takedown attempt from McIntyre, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Cohen throws a hook but McIntyre blocks it.

A decent looking cross lands there for Cohen.
Cohen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McIntyre manages to avoid it.
Cohen is pawing at McIntyre, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into McIntyre's nose. McIntyre is badly hurt! Cohen pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! McIntyre tries desperately to hold on but Cohen is relentless in his assault! As McIntyre receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Cohen away and this one is in the books!
