And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Steve Smith and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bird looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Nukem on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Nice uppercut lands for Bird. That snapped Nukem's head back.
A nice inside leg kick there by Bird. That's going to slow Nukem down.
Bird takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Bird tries to land a front kick but Nukem steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Bird throws a head kick but Nukem moves out of range.
Nukem misses with a low kick.
Some bone on bone action there as Bird checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Nukem avoids a kick to the body.
Nukem wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Bird takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Bird takes a body punch but keeps moving.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nukem misses with a body shot.
Bird throws a low kick but it's checked well by Nukem.

Nukem lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Bird throws a body kick that misses.
Nukem with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Nukem lands a lovely overhand right.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nukem misses with a kick to the body.
Bird misses with a hook.
Nukem lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Bird is rocked!
Nukem fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Oh Bird is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bird is breathing heavily.
Nukem measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Bird! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
