The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGuigan takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
McGuigan swings for the body but Krape moves out of range.
Krape half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Krape cracks McGuigan with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Krape lands an overhand right.
Krape with a nice cross.
Krape throws out a powerful jab.
Krape swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Krape lands a slapping body shot.
McGuigan misses the shot to the body.
McGuigan throws the left hand but Krape avoids the punch easily.
Krape feinted with a counter takedown.
McGuigan takes a jab right on the kisser.
McGuigan avoids the body shot from Krape.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McGuigan swings for the body but Krape moves out of range.
Krape is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from McGuigan.
Krape throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent McGuigan stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Krape swings for the body but McGuigan moves out of range.
Krape dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Krape misses with a body shot.
Krape thuds a left hand into McGuigan's body.
McGuigan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
McGuigan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Krape swings for the body but McGuigan moves out of range.
McGuigan now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Krape scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A telegraphed right hand from McGuigan misses the target.
Krape fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
McGuigan swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Krape is looking to counter punch.
McGuigan avoids the body shot from Krape.
Krape misses with an uppercut. McGuigan saw that one coming.
Krape throws a sloppy body shot
and McGuigan counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Krape knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McGuigan on the ground.
This has been an exciting period of action!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McGuigan trying to control but Krape is working from the bottom.
