Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tobias Funke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slim Jim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jim fails with the takedown.

Funke has taken the fight to the clinch.

Funke takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Funke stands up and beckons Jim to join him on the feet.

Funke scores with a takedown into Jim's guard.

Funke gets to his feet - Jim follows without any prompting.

Funke closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Jim is looking to regain half guard here but Funke keeps moving and retains side control.
Funke trying to control the position but Jim is working away.

Jim manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Jim manages to get to full guard.
Jim tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Jim bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Funke's guard.

Jim is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Funke is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Funke has escaped and now he's on top!

Funke wants to control from the top but Jim keeps moving.
Jim has a closed guard, preventing Funke from standing up.

Jim working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Funke has passed into half guard!
It looks like Funke is going to stand back up.

Funke tries to pass to full mount but Jim defends it.
Jim works his way to full guard. Good work.
Funke won't allow Jim to sweep him here.

Jim throws his legs up looking for a submission but Funke uses it to pass to side control.
Jim is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Funke off and has taken his back!

Jim working for a choke but Funke is defending well.

Jim has got one arm under Funke's chin. This could be trouble... Funke trying to control the other hand but Jim gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Funke has tapped out! The fight is over!
