Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fabio Maximilian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Niedermayer James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maximilian comes to the cage accompanied by My World. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

James has managed to clinch.
Maximilian being controlled against the cage.
James landing knees to the head.

James makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Maximilian gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from James.
James is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Maximilian is trying to break free.
Maximilian has James pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. James manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
James lands a nice knee to the body.

James gets underhooks to prevent Maximilian's takedown attempt.
James connects with a nasty looking knee right to Maximilian's face.

Maximilian is rocked!

Oh Maximilian is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

James pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

James manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Maximilian wants to pass to mount but James is defending the position.

Maximilian has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can James defend it? Maximilian steps over the head and cranks it - James is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Maximilian!
