The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halfoat is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pop.
Pop fails with the takedown.
Halfoat throws the left hand but Pop avoids the punch easily.
Pop shoots in looking for a takedown. Halfoat tries to sprawl out of it but Pop keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Halfoat manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Pop looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
White Halfoat has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Snap Pop.
