Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between El Chupacabra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bane Baphomet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baphomet has chosen 2 Pac - Hail Mary as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bane Baphomet!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Summer Carpenter and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chupacabra works over Baphomet's head and body with a nice combination.
Chupacabra takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Horrible takedown by Baphomet or perhaps it was just good defense by Chupacabra which made him look bad.
Chupacabra takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Chupacabra scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Baphomet keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Chupacabra fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Baphomet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Baphomet on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Chupacabra throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Chupacabra feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Chupacabra accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Chupacabra pushes down on Baphomet's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Chupacabra is pressing down on Baphomet's thigh, looking to free his foot. Baphomet is holding on for now.
Baphomet is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Baphomet is staying active underneath Chupacabra, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Baphomet has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Chupacabra escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Chupacabra!

Baphomet tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Chupacabra wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Chupacabra wants to control but Baphomet is keeping him busy.

Baphomet sneaks out the side door and pushes Chupacabra away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Baphomet swats away the attempt to clinch by Chupacabra.

Baphomet shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Chupacabra as he jumps to the side.
Baphomet tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chupacabra swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Baphomet has a takedown stuffed.
El Chupacabra has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bane Baphomet.
Chupacabra throws a good cross that connects.

Baphomet is rocked!

Baphomet is still in real trouble! Can Chupacabra finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Baphomet gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Chupacabra cracks Baphomet with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Baphomet is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Chupacabra content just to control the position here.
Baphomet wants to hold on but Chupacabra pushes him away.
Baphomet seems to have recovered his senses.
Chupacabra unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Baphomet wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Chupacabra celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
