Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meat Boy avoids a kick to the body.
Pulkkinen throws a body shot but no joy.
Meat Boy throws a lazy right hand but Pulkkinen sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Meat Boy works Pulkkinen's body with a nice hook.
Super Meat Boy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Meat Boy throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
The fight stays on the outside here - Meat Boy looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Pulkkinen steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Meat Boy.
Meat Boy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pulkkinen manages to avoid it.

Meat Boy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pulkkinen swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Pulkkinen has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Meat Boy rushes Pulkkinen and presses him up against the cage.
Pulkkinen works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Meat Boy lands a nice shot that snaps Pulkkinen's head back.
No joy there for Pulkkinen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Meat Boy tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Pulkkinen counters with a nice uppercut.
The crowd cheers as Meat Boy lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pulkkinen doesn't seem phased though.
Pulkkinen lands a front kick.
Meat Boy tries to clinch but Pulkkinen is having none of it.
Pulkkinen lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Meat Boy at a distance.
Meat Boy tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Pulkkinen counters with a head kick that drops Meat Boy to the mat! Meat Boy scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Pulkkinen circles away from the clinch attempt.

Pulkkinen cracks Meat Boy with an open hand slap.

Super Meat Boy's cut is getting worse.
Meat Boy tries to clinch up but Pulkkinen circles away and keeps his distance.
Pulkkinen misses with a body shot.
Meat Boy takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Meat Boy scores with a shot to the body.

Meat Boy lands a big right hand that sends Pulkkinen crashing to the mat! Meat Boy stays standing though and waves Pulkkinen back to his feet!

Pulkkinen is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
BOOM! Meat Boy lands a beautiful left hook that drops Pulkkinen. Pulkkinen tries to recover but Meat Boy is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Pulkkinen lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Super Meat Boy!
