Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zuocheng Li!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Leo Barboza!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Barboza paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Li tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Barboza is able to avoid easily.
Li stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Li wants it to stay on the feet.

and Barboza moves into the clinch.
Barboza blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Barboza jumps guard but Li stands there with Barboza around his waist. Barboza gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Zuocheng Li has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leo Barboza.

Barboza has instead reached around Li's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Barboza arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
