Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Konstantin Menshow and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nurmagomedov looks for a takedown but Bison sprawls well.
Bison getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Bison lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Nurmagomedov at a distance.
Bison scores with a nice right hand.
Nurmagomedov wants to clinch up but Bison keeps it at a distance.
Nurmagomedov moves into the clinch successfully.
Nurmagomedov is looking for a takedown.

Bison is trying to control but can't.

Bison is looking for a sweep. Nurmagomedov is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Nurmagomedov seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nurmagomedov passes the guard and advances to mount!

Bison tries to hold on but Nurmagomedov pushes him away.

Nurmagomedov has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Bison's face.
Nurmagomedov looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Nurmagomedov drops a big elbow. That's hurt Bison! More shots from Nurmagomedov and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
