The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Sukarman enables Turles to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Sukarman manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sukarman looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Turles drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Turles jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Turles drops back looking for a leg! Sukarman is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sukarman manages to kick Turles off! Turles jumps back into Sukarman's guard.

Turles drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Turles as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Sukarman screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Turles! Nice submission victory there!
