Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Mma Jake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pete Price!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Price's jab looks to have found its range, popping Jake under the eye.
Price misses with a right hand

and Jake counters with a nice double leg into side control. Price won't be happy with that.
Price is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Jake is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Price has escaped the position, nice work there.
Price trying his best to control but Jake has mounted him.
Price can't escape the position.
Price is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Jake looking to control but Price is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Price is trying desperately to improve position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jake has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Price's face.
Jake trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Jake swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Price is now in Jake's guard. A big mistake from Jake there, giving up the dominant position!
Price tries to free his leg and advance position but Jake is retaining full guard.
Jake not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Jake holds on and takes a little breather.

Price seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Jake seems keen to control Price's posture.
Jake seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Jake is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Jake passes into side control, despite Price's attempt to control the position.

Still in half guard, Jake seems content to control.
Jake passes the guard and advances to mount!

Jake takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Price is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Jake fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Some bone on bone action there as Jake checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Price lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Price swings for the body but Jake moves out of range.
Price's jab looks to have found its range, popping Jake under the eye.
Price throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Jake is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Price can do to turn this around?
Price slaps away a takedown attempt from Jake, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Jake throws a hook but Price blocks it.
Jake closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Price has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mma Jake. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Price lands a right hook to the body.
Jake keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jake walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Price dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Price leaves Jake with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Price connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Jake momentarily.
Price thuds his right hand into Jake's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Price lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Jake is rocked!
Jake throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Price's waist but Price gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jake off to one side.
Jake throws a poor cross that misses
and Price makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Price scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Oh Jake is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Price stuffs the takedown.
Jake takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Jake throws a poor cross that misses
and Price counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jake gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Price gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pete Price!
A relieved looking Pete Price thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
