The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller is looking to clinch.
Miller moves in looking to clinch but Rotunno pushes him off.
Miller doesn't manage to clinch there - Rotunno circles away.

Miller has closed the distance and engaged Rotunno in a clinch.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Rotunno has clasped his hands together around Miller's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rotunno is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Miller is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
