The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrov connects with a jab.
Petrov defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hendersons.
Hendersons with a poor takedown
and Petrov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Petrov paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Petrov connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Hendersons really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill...
Petrov lands a really nice looking cross but Hendersons seems unphased.
Hendersons tries for a takedown but Petrov circles away easily
and Petrov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harry Hendersons. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Petrov slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Petrov uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hendersons has time to react.
Petrov has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hendersons fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Petrov lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Aaron Petrov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Petrov walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Hendersons drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Petrov swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Hendersons's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
