The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gay misses with a hook
and Mountain counters with a right hand to the body.
Mountain changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Mountain uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Gay has time to react.

It looks like London Gay has been cut.
We've been told by Mountain's head coaches at Jorzi GYM that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Gay rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Mountain counters with a nice uppercut.
Gay lands the left hand.
Mountain scores with the left hand. Gay knows he should have avoided that one.
Mountain cracks Gay with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Gay ducks right into an uppercut from Mountain.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gay on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Gay dips to his left and cracks Mountain with an uppercut!
Gay fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mountain looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Mountain connects with a jab.
Mountain is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Gay tests Mountain's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Mountain lands a body shot.
Mountain feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Gays jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Gay is rocked!
Mountain connects with a body shot that sends Gay's belly button to the back.
Gay looks winded!
Mountain lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gay circles away quickly and effectively.

Mountain comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
A thudding body kick lands there by Mountain!
Mountain lands a nice leg kick that just misses Gay's sensitive parts.
Mountain lands with an uppercut that bounces Gay off the cage and back into range.
Gay is still on wobbly legs! Can Mountain finish him?
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Mountain throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Gay is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
