The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tepes Iii thows a body kick. Hall tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Hall rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tepes Iii moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
No joy there for Tepes Iii, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hall looks like he wants to counter punch here.

I was talking to Tepes Iii's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Hall.

Tepes Iii breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

It looks like Sirus Hall has been cut.

Hall takes the fight into the clinch.

Hall tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Tepes Iii manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
