Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Evan Lilke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cuco Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Perez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Metallica - One(S&M) kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lilke lands a jab-cross combination.
Perez fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Perez shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lilke pinned against the cage. Lilke gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Perez will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Evan Lilke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cuco Perez.
Lilke stalks Perez and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Perez's face. Perez staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Cuco Perez has been cut.
Good shot there by Lilke.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Perez.
Lilke swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Perez.
Lilke scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Perez doesn't seem bothered though.
Perez shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lilke as he jumps to the side.
Lilke punishes Perez's body with a nice straight punch.
No luck for Perez with that takedown attempt.
Perez looks gassed!
Lilke scores with a decent looking hook.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lilke slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Lilke clobbers Perez with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lilke displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Perez is defended easily by Lilke.
Lilke lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Lilke scores with a sloppy right hand. Perez should have avoided that one.
Perez moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lilke rushes Perez with punches - Perez moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Perez goes down! Lilke follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Evan Lilke!
