Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jax Swag (ranked 3960 p4p, 4113 weight class) and Exotic Winner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winner shoots in and drives through. Swag sprawls well.

Swag closes the distance and clinches.
Swag is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Winner lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Swag goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Swag lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Winner backwards.
Swag misses with some punches.
Swag lands a body punch.

Winner pulls guard successfully.
Winner has a closed guard, preventing Swag from standing up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Winner pulls Swag in to control the position.
Swag wants to stand but Winner is controlling his posture from full guard.

Winner has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Swag has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Swag throws a punch but it's blocked by Winner.

Winner is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Swag escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Winner lunges at Swag with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Swag's hand.
Swag stuffs the takedown attempt from Winner. Winner gets slowly back to his feet.
It appears Swag was looking to counter with a kick there.
Jax Swag has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Exotic Winner.

Swag clinches up with Winner and pushes him back against the cage.
Swag tries to throw a body punch but Winner avoids it by throwing Swag back against the cage.

Winner wants the takedown. Swag is fighting it off but Winner persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Swag's guard against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Swag is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Swag might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Winner is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Swag tries to roll over but Winner keeps him under control.

Winner's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Swag is trying to control but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Swag is looking to improve his position.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Swag clinches up against the cage.

Winner breaks the clinch.

Swag takes the fight into the clinch.

Winner decides to pull guard.

Winner is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Swag presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Winner lands a left hand.
Swag tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Swag manages to break the clinch.
Swag wants to clinch up but Winner keeps it at a distance.
Swag tries to close the distance and clinch up but Winner swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Swag moves in looking to clinch but Winner pushes him off.
Winner tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Winner takes the fight into the clinch.
Swag lands a shoulder strike.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Winner doesn't manage to clinch there - Swag circles away.
Winner closes this distance looking for a takedown but Swag circles away.
Swag wants to clinch up but Winner keeps it at a distance.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Winner scores with a shot to the side of Swag's head.
Winner blocking some punches.

Winner decides to pull guard.

Swag wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Winner's closed guard. He's half up but Winner has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Winner pivots and extends the arm, Swag falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Winner! Well done that man!
