Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Silky Slapyaface (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gorge Jurgel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jurgel has chosen Rock N Roll Train as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Silky Slapyaface!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jurgel gets a clinch.

Jurgel gets control of Slapyaface's arms and successfully pulls guard. Jurgel will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Slapyaface trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Slapyaface pushes down on Jurgel's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Slapyaface wants to work for an arm triangle but Jurgel is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Slapyaface is trying to control the action in half guard but Jurgel is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Jurgel's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Slapyaface wants to advance to full mount but Jurgel doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Jurgel working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Slapyaface doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Slapyaface manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Jurgel is not content to let Slapyaface control the position.
Slapyaface uses his free foot to push down on Jurgel's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Jurgel.

Slapyaface goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Jurgel turns into him and now he's in Slapyaface's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Slapyaface bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jurgel's guard.

Jurgel has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jurgel is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Slapyaface sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jurgel's guard.

A close round but Gorge Jurgel will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Jurgel wants to control from the top but Slapyaface keeps moving.
Slapyaface wants to sweep here but Jurgel controlling him for the moment.
Slapyaface is striking off his back. Jurgel thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.

Slapyaface is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Jurgel pulls his head out easily.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Slapyaface is looking for a sweep. Jurgel is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gorge Jurgel showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Jurgel throws a series of punches but Slapyaface moves out of range.

and Jurgel makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Jurgel moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Slapyaface has worked his arm free - good work by Slapyaface!

Jurgel looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Silky Slapyaface has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Jurgel is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Slapyaface is concentrating on defense, preventing Jurgel from advancing position.

Well Jurgel has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
