The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Plan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kaepernick to the mat! Kaepernick manages to get full guard.
Plan preventing the sweep.
Kaepernick is working hard here to advance position.
Plan wants to control from the top but Kaepernick keeps moving.
Kaepernick pulls Plan in close to his closed guard and prevents Plan from doing any damage or advancing position.

Kaepernick has control of Plan's left arm, preventing Plan from doing any damage.
Kaepernick is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kaepernick is on top in guard.

Kaepernick trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Kaepernick stands up over Plan, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Kaepernick gets to his feet and stands over Plan, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Plan felt that one! Kaepernick unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Plan from any more punishment!
