Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shinnosuke Nakagawa (ranked 93 p4p, 159 weight class) and Barack Obaminator (ranked 15 p4p, 24 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Nakagawa might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Koto - CloZee. Obaminator has chosen Gil Scott-Herron - The Revolution Will Not Be Televised as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shinnosuke Nakagawa!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Barack Obaminator!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obaminator throws a shot from downtown. Nakagawa moves away and avoids it.
Obaminator jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Nakagawa throws an overhand right that lands on Obaminator's shoulder, as Obaminator tries to avoid the shot.
Obaminator throws a body kick that misses.
Obaminator misses with a leg kick
and Nakagawa counters with a nice double leg into side control. Obaminator won't be happy with that.
Obaminator can't do much from the bottom here.
Obaminator takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Nakagawa working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Obaminator tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Nakagawa thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Obaminator is trying to improve his position.
Nakagawa throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Obaminator tries to bench press Nakagawa off him but Nakagawa keeps the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nakagawa tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Nakagawa has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Obaminator is looking for a sweep.
Obaminator wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Nakagawa has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Obaminator's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Obaminator is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Nakagawa!
