Schultz comes into the arena with Love Bites blaring out of the sound system. Hans Schultz has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tiago Lima!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lima swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Schultz gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Lima is trying to push Schultz away but Schultz has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Lima blocks an uppercut.
Schultz tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Schultz throws a punch but it's blocked by Lima.
A head punch on the inside from Schultz fails to land.
Lima is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Lima is trying to break the clinch but Schultz has him pressed against the cage.
Schultz has Lima pressed against the cage, preventing Lima from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Schultz tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Lima's elbow.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Schultz lands an elbow that stopped Lima in his tracks for a moment.

It looks like Tiago Lima has been cut.
Schultz lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Schultz keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Lima's efforts to push away.
Lima is trying to break free.
Schultz creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Lima's defenses.

Lima blocks an uppercut.
Lima looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Lima blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Schultz tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Lima has Schultz pushed against the cage.
Lima takes an elbow to the temple.

That has opened up Tiago Lima's cut even more.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Schultz.

Lima escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Schultz has Lima up against the cage in a clinch.
Schultz gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Lima has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Lima manages to break the clinch.
Lima swings widly with a right hand
and Schultz counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Lima looks to throw the jab but Schultz is out of range.
Schultz paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

The cut above Tiago Lima's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lima takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lima tries to move into range but Schultz moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Lima is rocked!
Lima bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Schultz comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Lima falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Lima was out before he hit the floor!
