PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Machulda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Meruvin Manufu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manufu has chosen "I'm a Boss" by Young Jeezy ft. Rick Ross as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vladimir Machulda!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Meruvin Manufu!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Daniel Blasius and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manufu throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Machulda's head.
Machulda blocks a head kick by Manufu.

Machulda gets the takedown into side control.
Machulda just content to control the position.

Machulda wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Manufu, who protects the arm well.
Manufu tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Machulda is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Manufu has escaped the position, nice work there.
Machulda creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Manufu sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Machulda tries for a kimura but Manufu is defending well.
Manufu really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Machulda. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Manufu avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Machulda.
Machulda wants to lay and pray for a moment but Manufu keeps working.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Machulda has an Americana. Manufu didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Machulda is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Machulda hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
