Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between KoolAID Jackson (ranked 1669 p4p, 1692 weight class) and Gerwazy Babula (ranked 207 p4p, 209 weight class). Babula has chosen Hey Buddy as his entrance music. Gerwazy Babula acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, KoolAID Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Gerwazy Babula!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Babula pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Jackson changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Jackson shoots in and gets a takedown into Babula's guard.
Babula really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jackson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for KoolAID Jackson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
