Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maurice Matthews (ranked 3873 p4p, 2373 weight class) and Conor Meteor (ranked 395 p4p, 255 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Maurice Matthews has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Maurice Matthews seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matthews moves out of range as Meteor strikes.

Meteor throws a hook to the side of Matthews's head but Matthews sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
It looked like Matthews was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Meteor.
Meteor looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Conor Meteor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Meteor looks to score with a jab to the body but Matthews is just out of range.

Matthews shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

A relieved looking Maurice Matthews thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
