and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

Miller shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Towns's guard.

Miller wants to get up but he can't break Towns's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Towns is on top in guard.

Towns is working to tighten his grip on Miller's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Miller has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Towns is really squeezing tight and eventually Miller passes out! Towns breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
