The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zorrander misses with a series of wild punches.
Zorrander throws out a loose jab but Aceves uses good head movement to avoid it.
Zorrander throws a body shot but no joy.
Aceves slips under a jab from Zorrander.
Aceves throws a body punch but Zorrander moves out of range.
Zorrander throws a head kick that misses.
A quick step to the side and Aceves tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Aceves lands a nice looking body shot.
Zorrander misses with a hook. Aceves ducked under it nicely.
Aceves cracks Zorrander with a right hand to the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zorrander tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Zorrander takes a swing at Aceves's ribcage but misses.
Zorrander throws a looping overhand right but Aceves ducks down to avoid it.

Zedulous Zorrander seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Aceves ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Zorrander moves away.

and Aceves counters with a series of strikes. Zorrander will be more careful next time no doubt.

Zorrander gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Aceves gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
