Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Zig Westwood (ranked 4417 p4p, 3485 weight class) and Fedor Zinoviev (ranked 336 p4p, 296 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Zig Westwood has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Zig Westwood seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Fedor Zinoviev !
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Michael Johnstone and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zinoviev misses with a takedown attempt - Westwood sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Westwood half committed to a counter leg kick.
Zinoviev looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Westwood is fending him off so far but Zinoviev persists. Nope, Westwood circles away and we're back to standing.
Westwood swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Westwood lands with a straight right. Zinoviev didn't see that one coming.
Zinoviev gets a double leg takedown into Westwood's guard.
Zinoviev drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Zinoviev as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Westwood screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Zinoviev ! Nice submission victory there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Fedor Zinoviev !
