Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Masa Saitoh (ranked 2929 p4p, 3461 weight class) and Jovan Dickons (ranked 402 p4p, 466 weight class). Dickons has chosen Sidung as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Masa Saitoh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jovan Dickons!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Gregory Folan and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saitoh throws a jab when Dickons was well out of range.
Dickons tries for a takedown but Saitoh sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Dickons keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Saitoh swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dickons shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Saitoh as he jumps to the side.
Saitoh throwing a counter right hand but Dickons manages to avoid it.
Dickons looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Saitoh!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Saitoh tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Dickons decides to stand back up. Dickons steps back and let's Saitoh get back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Saitoh throws a good cross that connects.
Saitoh lands a really nice looking cross but Dickons seems unphased.
Nice straight punches there by Saitoh. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Saitoh.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Saitoh connects with a right hand. Dickons shakes it off.
Dickons fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Masa Saitoh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jovan Dickons.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Saitoh cracks Dickons with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Dickons shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Saitoh sprawls well. Saitoh wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dickons gets slowly back to his feet.
Saitoh throws an overhand right that lands on Dickons's shoulder, as Dickons tries to avoid the shot.
Saitoh defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Dickons.
Dickons closes this distance looking for a takedown but Saitoh circles away.
Saitoh connects with a good right hand that stumbles Dickons. Dickons circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Dickons goes for a double leg but Saitoh avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Saitoh continues to drive forward.
Dickons shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Saitoh but Saitoh pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Dickons misses with a takedown attempt
and Saitoh counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Dickons out cold! What a finish! Saitoh is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Masa Saitoh!
