Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Daniel Bishop and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Lima fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Sousa swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by De Lima.
Some wild striking there from Sousa.
De Lima closes the distance and clinches up with Sousa, looking for a takedown. De Lima pushes Sousa against the cage but Sousa circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Sousa lands with a nice combination. De Lima backs away looking to recover.
De Lima avoids the head kick by Sousa.
Sousa scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Sousa stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Helio De Lima. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A left lands for Sousa.
De Lima needs to keep his hands up - Sousa had a free shot at his head there.

De Lima goes for a double leg but Sousa avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Sousa continues to drive forward.

Sousa lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Sousa throws a head kick but De Lima moves out of range.

Sousa fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches De Lima on the side of the head.
Sousa scores with the left hand. De Lima knows he should have avoided that one.
Sousa comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
De Lima shoots in for a takedown but Sousa shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
De Lima closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
De Lima tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
De Lima controls the position.

De Lima is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Sousa is forced to tap! Great finish!
