And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ferdinand Alexander Marcos!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marcos pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Jokinen back to the cage. Marcos follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Marcos scores with a jab.
Some wild striking there from Marcos.
Marcos darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Marcos lands with an overhand left.
Marcos lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Ferdinand Alexander Marcos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Marcos closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Marcos punishes Jokinen's body with a nice straight punch.
Marcos cracks Jokinen with an open hand slap.

and Jokinen counters by moving into the clinch.
Jokinen is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

Jokinen pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Jokinen manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Marcos on his heels. He'll look to pass Marcos's guard now, I'm sure.
Jokinen is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Jokinen stands up and waves to Marcos to follow him.
Marcos feints a jab promting Jokinen to slip. Marcos then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Jokinen slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Marcos scores with a one two! Jokinen had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Marcos fails with an attempt to clinch.

Jokinen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Marcos's guard.

Jokinen decides to stand back up. Jokinen steps back and let's Marcos get back to his feet.
Jokinen takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Jokinen fails to land the takedown.
Jokinen needs to keep his hands up - Marcos had a free shot at his head there.
Marcos misses with a body punch

and Jokinen counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Marcos wants to get back to full guard.
Jokinen missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Jokinen is looking to take a break and control but Marcos is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Jokinen stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Marcos to get to his feet.
Marcos swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Marcos scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Jokinen showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Marcos.

Jokinen looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Marcos!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Jokinen has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Marcos is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Jokinen yanks on the arm and Marcos is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Jokinen.
