The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Oh shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Oh was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Baker is trying to improve his position.

Oh seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Baker for as long as he can get away with.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Baker sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Baker has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Oh is working away from the top position though.
Baker is breathing heavily.

Baker is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Oh's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Oh's back!
Baker is looking to control Oh but Oh is wriggling around and keeping busy.

Oh drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Baker is looking to stand back up but Oh counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Baker.

Oh closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Baker's guard.
Oh engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Oh got a little sloppy there for a moment and Baker has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Oh has managed to get both his arms back between Baker's legs - danger averted.
Baker has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Oh has passed into side control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
You can see the frustration on Baker's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Oh remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
