The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Santana drives through with a takedown into guard.
Santana knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nomuro on the ground.
Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign!
Nomuro tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Nomuro escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Santana gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Santana drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Santana jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Nomuro swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
