Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 25 - 0, fighting out of London, Jumba Jookiba!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Paavo Vayrynen!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, William Gold and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jookiba drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jookiba got a little sloppy there for a moment and Vayrynen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jookiba has managed to get both his arms back between Vayrynen's legs - danger averted.
Vayrynen has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jookiba can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Vayrynen has a closed guard, preventing Jookiba from standing up.
Jookiba stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vayrynen swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Vayrynen working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Jookiba.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Vayrynen wants to sweep here but Jookiba controlling him for the moment.
Vayrynen looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Vayrynen pulls Jookiba in to control the position.
Vayrynen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jookiba doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jookiba manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Jookiba is sitting in close to Vayrynen's body. Vayrynen has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Jookiba is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Jookiba is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Vayrynen.
