Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jonas Von Stroheim!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Hristo Borisov!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borisov ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Von Stroheim moves away.
Von Stroheim darts in and clinches Borisov up against the cage.
Borisov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Borisov doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Danga de danga de dang - Von Stroheim scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Hristo Borisov has been cut.

Borisov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Von Stroheim manages to avoid it.
Borisov changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Von Stroheim tries to avoid it but Borisov manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Von Stroheim to the ground. Von Stroheim escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nice body punch from Von Stroheim.
Borisov shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Von Stroheim is trying to defend but Borisov finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Borisov is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Von Stroheim kicks Borisov off and gets back to his feet.

Borisov lands a head kick. Von Stroheim smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Borisov needs to keep his hands up - Von Stroheim had a free shot at his head there.

Von Stroheim lands a left and a right that send Borisov crashing to the mat, dazed. Von Stroheim thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Von Stroheim looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Borisov is still on wobbly legs! Can Von Stroheim finish him?
Von Stroheim tries to bum rush Borisov with a series of wild strikes but Borisov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Borisov seems to have recovered his senses.
Borisov shoots in and bounces Von Stroheim off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Borisov prevents Von Stroheim from getting back to his feet.

Borisov drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Von Stroheim manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Borisov has Von Stroheim in his guard.
We've been hearing good reports from Von Stroheim's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Borisov has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Von Stroheim is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Borisov.
Borisov holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Despite the aggression on Borisov's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Borisov looks for a takedown but Von Stroheim sprawls well.
Von Stroheim was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Von Stroheim misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Jonas Von Stroheim has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hristo Borisov.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A head kick from Borisov lands but Von Stroheim takes it in his stride.
