The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Longabaugh gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Chomofsky throws a lazy uppercut
and Longabaugh connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Chomofsky shoots in for a takedown but Longabaugh shows good takedown defense.
Chomofsky lands a body shot.

Chomofsky feints and as Longabaugh raises his hands in defense, Chomofsky changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Longabaugh utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Chomofsky sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Longabaugh's guard.

Chomofsky seems to be looking for submissions.
Longabaugh is not content to let Chomofsky control the position.
Chomofsky passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Longabaugh!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Longabaugh is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Chomofsky lands with some strikes.
Longabaugh holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Chomofsky tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Chomofsky has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Chomofsky is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Longabaugh has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Longabaugh!

Longabaugh wants to stand but Chomofsky has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Longabaugh wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Chomofsky's closed guard. He's half up but Chomofsky has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Chomofsky pivots and extends the arm, Longabaugh falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Chomofsky! Well done that man!
