The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jarvis scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

It looks like Emilio Ortega has been cut.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jarvis tries to throw a body punch but Ortega avoids it by throwing Jarvis back against the ropes.
Jarvis lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Jarvis digs a right hand into Ortega's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Ortega's gas tank.

Jarvis lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Ortega backwards.
Jarvis lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Ortega or not.

Jarvis cracks Ortega with a hook to the temple - Ortega is on wobbly legs here! Jarvis swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Ortega falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Jarvis wins by TKO!
