Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Spencer Rubenstein (ranked 1026 p4p, 1323 weight class) and Patrick Thomas (ranked 153 p4p, 201 weight class). Thomas has chosen LUNIZ -- I GOT 5 ON IT as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Spencer Rubenstein has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Spencer Rubenstein seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Ron Honeybunn and Chris Dean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas throws a looping overhand right but Rubenstein ducks down to avoid it.
Thomas feints and then cracks Rubenstein's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Rubenstein down.
Rubenstein with a jab.
Rubenstein misses with a right hand
and Thomas counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
A swing and a miss from Rubenstein.
Thomas now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Rubenstein steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Thomas.
Spencer Rubenstein seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rubenstein rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rubenstein misses with a right hand
and Thomas counters with a left to the body.
Rubenstein is breathing heavily.
Rubenstein throws a lazy uppercut
and Thomas cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Rubenstein takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Rubenstein misses with a telegraphed body shot
letting Thomas counter with a right hand.

Rubenstein misses with a hook.

Thomas cracks Rubenstein with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Thomas has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Rubenstein to stand back up!

and Thomas counters with a big left hand that crumples Rubenstein! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
