Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fury Tyson (ranked 1919 p4p, 1978 weight class) and Master Petrov (ranked 219 p4p, 222 weight class). Tyson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bad Pigs. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Master Petrov was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Anni Minnemäki and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyson takes one on the button.
Petrov connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Tyson throws a lazy right hand but Petrov sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Petrov scores with the left hand. Tyson knows he should have avoided that one.
Tyson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

and Petrov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

and Tyson counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Petrov throws out a loose jab but Tyson uses good head movement to avoid it.

Petrov bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Tyson's head.
Petrov scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Tyson throws a jab but it's blocked by Petrov .
Petrov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Tyson jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

enabling Petrov to counter with a crisp jab.
Tyson misses with a straight right.
Tyson staying out of range there.
Petrov keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Petrov lunges at Tyson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Tyson's hand.
Petrov throws an overhand right that lands on Tyson's shoulder, as Tyson tries to avoid the shot.
Tyson doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Petrov slips under a jab from Tyson.
It seemed like Petrov was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Petrov looks to land a combination but Tyson avoids it well.
Tyson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Petrov feints a jab promting Tyson to slip. Petrov then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Tyson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Petrov lands a nice leg kick that just misses Tyson's sensitive parts.

Tyson takes a swing at Petrov 's ribcage but misses.
Tyson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Petrov at a distance.
Petrov connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Tyson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Petrov .
Tyson on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Petrov connects with an inside leg kick.
Tyson on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Petrov cracks Tyson with an open hand slap.
Petrov 's jab looks to have found its range, popping Tyson under the eye.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

and Petrov counters with a head kick that drops Tyson to the mat! Tyson scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Tyson is rocked!
Tyson leaves his chin hanging out and Petrov seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Tyson crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Master Petrov !
