Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jean Luc Petit (ranked 1339 p4p, 1271 weight class) and Boris Yeltsin Jr (ranked 91 p4p, 85 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petit throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Yeltsin Jr is looking to score with low kicks.
Yeltsin Jr loads up on a big right hand but Petit slips the punch.
Yeltsin Jr is looking to chop away at Petit's legs.
Yeltsin Jr does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Yeltsin Jr has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Yeltsin Jr lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Yeltsin Jr is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Petit had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

Petit seems to have got his legs back now.

Yeltsin Jr throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Petit stumbling backwards into the cage! Petit bounces back off the cage towards Yeltsin Jr, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Yeltsin Jr lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Yeltsin Jr celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
