The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Striker ducks under a wild hook from McCormick.
McCormick closes the distance and clinches up with Striker, looking for a takedown. McCormick pushes Striker against the cage but Striker circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

McCormick gets a takedown into half guard.
Striker is pressing down on McCormick's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
McCormick wants to control from the top but Striker keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Striker trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Striker lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for McCormick!

McCormick tries to hold on but Striker pushes him away.
Striker landing strikes from the mount and McCormick is in trouble!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Striker is landing with some decent strikes but McCormick is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

McCormick tries to reverse the position but Striker maintains control.

McCormick is rocked!
Striker drops a big elbow. That's hurt McCormick! More shots from Striker and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
