Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ed Jones (ranked 127 p4p, 401 weight class) and Deon Big Daddy (ranked 22 p4p, 56 weight class). Big Daddy is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Big Daddy Kane - Smooth Operator. Ed Jones has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Big Daddy , pushing him back against the cage.
Jones pushes Big Daddy back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Jones breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jones's jab looks to have found its range, popping Big Daddy under the eye.

The crowd cheers as Jones lands an impressive looking overhand right. Big Daddy doesn't seem phased though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
