Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Asher Cohen (ranked 1295 p4p, 1918 weight class) and Alee Ideaale (ranked 196 p4p, 289 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Asher Cohen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alee Ideaale!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Lou da Vinci and Franklyn Lucas.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cohen thuds a left hand into Ideaale's body.
Ideaale fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Cohen throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Cohen looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Cohen throws a shot from downtown. Ideaale moves away and avoids it.
Cohen defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ideaale.
Cohen misses with an uppercut. Ideaale saw that one coming.
Ideaale shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cohen pinned against the cage. Cohen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Asher Cohen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alee Ideaale.
Cohen missing with a left hand there. Ideaale was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Cohen scores with the left hand. Ideaale knows he should have avoided that one.
Ideaale fails with the takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cohen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Ideaale tries for a takedown but Cohen circles away easily
and Cohen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Cohen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ideaale manages to avoid it.
Ideaale tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cohen swivels and escapes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ideaale will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Cohen fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ideaale looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Ideaale shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Cohen napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ideaale in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Cohen is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Cohen is trying to control Ideaale's posture. Ideaale takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Cohen! Ideaale is rotating here... this could be the end... Cohen is out! Ideaale has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!

Alee Ideaale spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
