Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zheko Melondov (ranked 127 p4p, 334 weight class) and Vunipola Veainu (ranked 8 p4p, 17 weight class). Melondov comes into the arena with Exploration of Space by Cosmic Gate blaring out of the sound system. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veainu throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Melondov sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Veainu jabs Melondov to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Melondov has been working on his boxing with his coaches at House of 1000 Corpses in the buildup to the fight.
Melondov delivers a nice body kick.
Melondov throws a lazy uppercut
and Veainu counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Melondov is breathing heavily.
Melondov misses the jab.
Despite the aggression on Veainu's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Melondov misses with an attempted mid kick.
Melondov misses with an uppercut
and Veainu counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Zheko Melondov has been cut.
Melondov misses with a hook to the body
and Veainu connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Melondov lands with a hook. Veainu tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Melondov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Veainu.
Melondov misses with a jab to the body
and Veainu counters with a crisp right hand that drops Melondov! Veainu lets Melondov back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Melondov is rocked!
