Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Osiris Egyptian (ranked 484 p4p, 1043 weight class) and Rockwell Mcgee (ranked 81 p4p, 150 weight class). Mcgee has chosen Rocky Balboa - Música de entrenamiento as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rockwell Mcgee!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Ben Hemmingworth and Hugh Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Egyptian takes one to the chin there.
Egyptian throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Mcgee darts in and clinches Egyptian up against the cage.
Egyptian prevents a body shot from Mcgee.
Mcgee misses with a hook to the ribs.
Egyptian blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Mcgee tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Mcgee lands a left hand.
Mcgee has a couple of punches blocked by Egyptian.
Mcgee softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Mcgee misses with a short punch on the inside.
Egyptian has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mcgee is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Mcgee has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Egyptian seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Mcgee can turn it around.

Egyptian seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.

Mcgee prevents a takedown attempt there.
Mcgee scores with a nice hook to the head.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Egyptian has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Mcgee regains guard immediately.
Egyptian has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Mcgee is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Egyptian is controlling him.

Mcgee is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Egyptian dives into side control.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Egyptian tries to advance to mount but Mcgee denies him.
Egyptian is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Mcgee will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Mcgee is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.

and Mcgee counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Osiris Egyptian. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mcgee scores with a crisp jab that stopped Egyptian in his tracks.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Rockwell Mcgee dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Egyptian seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
A jab from Egyptian finds it's way through Mcgee's defenses.
Mcgee moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Mcgee throws a hook but Egyptian blocks it.
Mcgee lands the left hand.
Egyptian closes the distance but Mcgee moves to the side
and Mcgee counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Egyptian takes one to the chin there.
Mcgee's corner calls for a 1-2. Mcgee obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Mcgee has managed to clinch.
Oh Egyptian is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Egyptian lands a hook to the side of the head.
Egyptian seems to have got his legs back now.

Egyptian blocking some punches.
Egyptian will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Mcgee up against the cage.
Mcgee is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Egyptian has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Mcgee after a bit of a struggle.
Egyptian stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Rockwell Mcgee seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Osiris Egyptian.
Mcgee sizes up Egyptian with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Rockwell Mcgee seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Mcgee throws out a loose jab but Egyptian uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mcgee has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Mcgee throws a right hand that Egyptian ducks under and follows up with a left that Egyptian also avoids with ease.
Nice straight punches there by Mcgee. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Mcgee.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Egyptian get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Egyptian stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Mcgee runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Rockwell Mcgee!
Rockwell Mcgee thanked the fans post fight for their support.
