Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ernesto Valerio (ranked 5565 p4p, 24702 weight class) and Dan Moroney (ranked 560 p4p, 620 weight class). Moroney has chosen Seek and Destroy - Metallica as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Valerio manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Moroney prevents the takedown attempt.
Moroney is trying to pull guard but Valerio has him pressed against the cage.
Moroney is pushing Valerio up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Moroney fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Valerio has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Moroney. Oh but Valerio has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Moroney goes limp - he's gone! Valerio jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
