The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Montgomery.
Tantor throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Tantor takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Montgomery lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Montgomery misses with a looping right.
Montgomery tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tantor was well out of range. Poor timing from Montgomery.
Tantor misses with a wild combination.
A little feinted left hand from Montgomery on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Tantor drops Montgomery with a beautiful combination! Montgomery stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Tantor is looking for the KO!

Montgomery is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tantor throws a shot from downtown. Montgomery moves away and avoids it.
Tantor throws a jab but it's blocked by Montgomery.
Tantor misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Tantor looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Tantor backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Montgomery's temple! It sends Montgomery violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Tantor celebrates and the doctors try to help Montgomery!
